Sewaflex panel heating and cooling - warmth from all directions!

 

The completed wall surface has to be leveled out like a normal gypsum fiber wall. A multiple proven and patented  tube connection system, which was constructed for fluids and temperature strains in particular, provides a seamless and fast wall mounting.

The Sewaflex wall is unique because of the integrated memory core and can be heated with high temperatures, because the tubes are embedded loosely in the storage medium so that they are not exposed to strains of temperature. When an old building gets restored, dry walls are guaranteed with Sewaflex!

 

 

Humid walls usually occur because of the room air at the cold surface of the wall. Sewaflex prevents this reliably.

 

 


 

 

WALL MODUL: SIZES & CHARACTERISTICS




For cutting and filling intersections sewaflex developed blank moduls without heating with the same size and surface for walls, floors, ceilings and partitions walls as well as for interior upgraded insulation.



The following standardized modul sizes are available:

 

  • Wall modul 1500 mm x 1000 mm
  • Wall modul 1000 mm x 500 mm
  • Wall modul 1000 mm x 250 mm
  • Wall modul 500 mm x 500 mm
  • Wall modul 500 mm x 250 mm
  • Socket flow modul 1000 mm x 120 mm
  • Socket trailing edge modul 1000 mm x 250 mm
  • Socket return modul 1000 mm x 120 mm
  • Socket return modul 1000 mm x 250 mm

 

The standard sewaflex modul is 10 cm thick.

This includes 6 cm insulation of styrofoam and 4 cm of the modul istself. By request the customer can chose between different insulation materials like natural fiber or a space-saving vacuum insulation. The blank modul for cutting is available in 1000 mm x 500 mm.
